Every Way In, Covered.

Break-ins come through doors and windows — so we map every one on the walkthrough and cover each one right.
- Door & Window Sensors
- Glass-Break Detection
- Motion Detection
- Sliding-Door Sensors
Break-ins come through doors and windows — so that's where protection starts. We map every entry on the property walkthrough and cover each one appropriately: contact sensors on doors and windows, glass-break detection where a sensor isn't enough, and motion coverage as the backstop.
The Equipment
What We Install.
Representative lines, not a locked menu. The exact models come out of the walkthrough, matched to your property.
Door & Window Sensors
Discreet contacts that know open from closed — and tell you which one.
Glass-Break Detection
Hears the signature of breaking glass across a whole room of windows.
Motion Detection
Interior coverage tuned to your home — including pet-aware options.
Sliding-Door Sensors
Florida homes live on sliders. We cover them — and they can even manage your AC in rentals.

How We Choose
Picked for the Spot It's Going In.
Every recommendation starts on-site. We walk the property with you — entries, sightlines, wiring, how you actually use the place — before anything lands on a quote.
The system gets designed first; the equipment gets picked to fit it. If a piece doesn't earn its place, it doesn't go on the invoice.
Good For
See It in Your Situation.
Equipment only makes sense in context. Start from your kind of property and see where this category fits.
Straight Talk
“Do I need a sensor on every single window?”
Not always. That's exactly what the walkthrough decides. Ground-floor and hidden entries usually yes; a second-story window over nothing, often glass-break or motion covers it better and cheaper. We recommend what the property needs, not what pads the invoice. Honest example: in over twenty years, Arthur's seen only a couple of true glass-break entries. Most trouble comes through the door. We'll tell you when glass-break sensors earn their spot and when they don't.
“I highly recommend A.L.S. They do great work, professional, affordable, great communication throughout the install and later with follow up and questions I had. I'm very happy with my decision to use A.L.S.”
Questions People Actually Ask
Answered Before You Even Call.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't do contracts — everything ongoing is month to month. That's it. It's the question we get asked most, and it's the easiest one to answer.
Do I own the equipment?
Yes — completely. Nothing is rented, nothing gets repossessed, and if you ever cancel monitoring, the system on your walls keeps working for you. This is the second question everyone asks, usually right after contracts.
Is professional monitoring required?
No. It's your choice. Plenty of customers want 24/7 central-station response and keep it because it's month to month — others self-monitor from their phone. Either way we set the system up just as carefully.
What about false alarms?
Modern systems make them rare. Your code at the smart lock disarms the alarm as you walk in, so there's no keypad fumble. And if an alarm does trip, video verification can confirm what happened before anyone gets dispatched.
Not Sure Which Entry Point Setup Fits?
That's exactly what the free on-site walkthrough answers. We look at your property, listen to what's on your mind, and design around what we find — no obligation, no pressure.
