A designer, sometimes the owner himself, looks at your entries, sightlines, lighting, and how you actually use the property, then brainstorms the plan with you on-site. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don't do contracts — everything ongoing is month to month. That's it. It's the question we get asked most, and it's the easiest one to answer.
Do I own the equipment?
Yes — completely. Nothing is rented, nothing gets repossessed, and if you ever cancel monitoring, the system on your walls keeps working for you. This is the second question everyone asks, usually right after contracts.
What if I change my mind after the install?
